SPARC's book club is going festive! The book for this month is 'Skipping Christmas' by John Grisham. All members are welcome! If you are already an avid reader, you're looking to make new connections, or you are wanting to develop a new habit, we welcome you to join us at Stockroom. The next meeting date is Friday 9th January, 15:15-16:30, to give everyone a chance to rest and recuperate over the festive period. Are you a parent or carer of a young person who’s been struggling with their mental health?

Join us for a relaxed and supportive evening at Arc designed for parents/carers and young people aged 11–15. While parents have the chance to chat, share experiences, and hear about local support and services, young people will take part in a gentle creative taster session exploring music, animation, and digital art.

This event is for families experiencing things like low mood, anxiety, social isolation, or confidence challenges. There’s no pressure — just a welcoming space to learn, connect, and see what support is available.
