Welcome to part 2 of the home to health Exercise series!

Towel Stretches for Mobility & Recovery ✨

No fancy equipment needed—just grab a towel and try these 3 simple stretches:

1️⃣ Calf Stretch – Sit tall, loop the towel around your foot, and pull gently toward you. A must-do for runners and anyone on their feet all day. 👣

2️⃣ Quad Stretch – Loop the towel around your ankle and gently pull your foot toward your glutes. Great for releasing tight quads after standing or running. 🦵

3️⃣Chest Stretch – Hold the towel behind you with both hands and gently pull back, opening up your chest and shoulders. Perfect for counteracting desk posture. 💪

👉 Do each stretch for 20–30 seconds per side. Your muscles will thank you!

This simple stretch is perfect if you spend lots of time sitting, running, or cycling 🚴‍♂️ all of which can shorten your quads and pull on your hips and lower back.

✅ Opens up the front of your hips
✅ Improves posture
