I was meaning to share this post on my personal page, but maybe there's a reason it's ended up here. Maybe this lovely little doggy is for you? 💕 ###
Please, someone, give Rosie the home she’s been waiting for before it's too late. If you can't give her a home can you share her post so we can try and reach that one person who needs her in their life. Please.
Rosie is almost the perfect dog — in fact, she’d tell you herself that not liking other dogs or cats is simply good sense. (And frankly, her firm stance against mops, hoovers and ironing boards feels entirely reasonable.)
What she is, without question, is a fantastic companion. She’s attentive, loving, and squeezes every drop of joy out of life. She adores her walks and needs a home where she can enjoy plenty of them, including off‑lead time. These photos were taken this morning in the Fellowship Dog Training Freedom Field, which they kindly donate for our use, and Rosie made the absolute most of it.
She’ll happily head out for a couple of hours, up hills and down dales, tail going like a metronome. She loves her ball, has invented her own version of agility, and still has a wonderful zest for adventure.
Rosie is now approaching 13, and she has been with us for over four years. Four years! How can that be fair. She has so much love to give, yet she’s overlooked time and time again. Will no one take a chance on her.
She is loved here, she is warm, she is cared for, and she gets her exercise, but she deserves more. She deserves a home of her own. She deserves a sofa to curl up on, a person to adore, and a chance to finally settle.
Please, someone, give her the home she’s been waiting for.
