Woolton Grange offers Residential and Dementia care for the elderly.

We aim to provide for every Resident a safe place to live that promotes hospitality, dignity, comfort and care in a non institutionalised setting. We Care Group provides nursing, residential, dementia and respite care in over 30 specialist care homes throughout England. We’re a forward-thinking, innovative and highly experienced team that provides personalised care in a safe and supportive environment to our residents who live in our homes with dignity, choice and independence. With almost 20 years expertise in the older people's sector, our highly trained staff colleagues are experts in delivering award winning care. We develop our staff care colleagues to deliver high quality care and support, providing safe, secure and specialist care to residents so they can live fulfilling, rewarding and happy lives. Our ongoing investment programme means all our homes are well presented and maintained to help our residents feel at home. And we’re opening new homes over the coming years to bring our much-needed services to more locations.

Today we finished our Easter craft activities with the help of Heidi.
Heidi came in from school for work experience and it was a pleasure to have her with us. Our residents chatted to her while we made our Easter Egg decorations. Thank you for today Heidi

We had a donation of odd balls of wool so we have started to make some Easter decorations out of them. It has taken us all afternoon as our wool got knotted a couple of times 😂so we will finish them tomorrow 🧶🥰🐰We Care Group
