What normally takes an hour or so will be broken down into a 20 min taster session...

Protecting Your Aura
🌸🌺🌸🌺🌸

Our Aura is our invisible energy field that surrounds us.
We have all encountered energy vampires, who tear away little pieces of your chi, or life force, leaving holes in your aura (etheric body).
You can identify the parts of your body that need patching because they will become cold as you pass your crystal over them.

Pick a favourite stone from Amethyst, Citrine or any Quartz & run it all around you at a distance of about 3" make a note of the cold spots & lay the Crystal on those places for about 5 minutes, untill the spot feels warmer. This will repair the holes in your aura & you should begin to feel a pleasant sense of renewed wholeness once again.

Another technique is crystal combing. I practise both patching & combing at the very start of my healing sessions.

If you are feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, take a piece of Selenite or pink Kunzite & brush gentle slow strokes, downward from the top of your head, the crown chakra to the bottom of your feet Earth Star Chakra.
