It’s been a while! I have still been treating but have struggled to find time for insta updates which is great because it means I have been busy 😊.

I’m now treating from my garden therapy room on Mondays with the occasional evening here and there to accommodate people who find Mondays tricky. Ping me a message if you’d like to book in, I have some availability in the daytime next Monday and there are still some evenings left for December too 😊

During lockdown my home therapy room became a home gym. Can still just about get a bed in there 🙌 although with the floor mats it feels a bit like you’re at sea 😆 ... I’m going to sell it as helping with proprioception 👌

Hi all,

My governing body are awaiting guidance from the government on if sports massage therapists are able to continue working in any capacity during lockdown. As yet, no guidance has been issued and I have been advised to stop treating for the time being.

Thank you so much for supporting my business, it really means a lot to me. I will post any updates as and when I hear.

Brrrr! It’s a bit chilly today! Warming up from the school run under the infrared heat lamp feeling like a toasty iguana 🦎 Infrared therapy is an excellent modality to use in injury treatment too; infrared light helps to regenerate and repair cells, it also improves circulation of oxygen-rich blood promoting faster healing and pain relief.

Had a fabulous couple of days learning all about electro therapy and ultrasound with . I have a machine on order so will be practising at home and looking to start using in clinic in a couple of weeks! 🙌
