With over 20 years of experience in the Health and Social Care sector, I have had the privilege of working across a variety of settings, gaining valuable insight into the diverse needs of individuals and the importance of truly person-centred care.

Throughout my career, I’ve developed a strong passion for ensuring that high-quality care is consistently delivered, and I believe that access to robust training and effective quality assurance processes is fundamental to achieving this at all levels.

I hold a range of qualifications that support me in guiding others through their professional development.

I originally joined Honeysuckle Home Care Ltd as the full-time Training and Compliance Manager, a role that aligned perfectly with my dedication to empowering staff through learning. While I now mentor Rebecca in this position, I continue to serve as Honeysuckle’s First Aid Trainer and currently hold the role of Deputy Manager.
I am also working closely with Joanna, who is mentoring me as I prepare to take on the role of Registered Manager later this year. My aim is to help ensure Honeysuckle remains a responsive, forward-thinking organisation within the ever-evolving health and social care landscape, while also strengthening and developing our internal training programme to further support our team’s growth and confidence.
My focus remains on driving excellence in care through education, mentorship, and a shared commitment to quality values that are at the heart of Honeysuckle’s mission.
