Back to the usual routine today after a couple of weeks where the only decision I needed to make was which of the Malvern Hills to walk up⛰️

Hope you were able to take what you needed from the festive period. For me it was time offline and actual time off work, which as a social media girly can be hard to do!

Still thinking about our Escape to the Lake event last month…

We welcomed a wonderful group of women for an afternoon of movement, creativity, and connection. 
We flowed from gentle movement to a dip in the lake (🥶), sauna, and a creative art session surrounded by calming autumn rain and all the elements.

We left feeling grounded, inspired, and so grateful for the beautiful energy everyone brought with them. Thank you to everyone who joined us🧡

On Saturday I hosted another digital marketing workshop at for their lovely Reiki students.

We had some really interesting conversations around the current social landscape and how we can align our values and our mission to share our offerings online.

I shared advice around getting clear on the above as well as some practical tips for using different platforms to reach their ideal audience without having to spend hours a week online creating content.

My aim for these workshops is to reduce the overwhelm around marketing your business and make the creative process feel clearer (and even enjoyable!)
