This week we will begin our grounding Autumn 🍂 Yin practice in a restorative pose. This will bring you into the parasympathetic nervous system sooner enabling your body to access Yin poses more easily.

Join Jane this week for her Autumn Yin Yoga practise.

We are flowing through Autumn and working on our inner reflection, releasing the body and transitioning from the summer to winter.

Thursday 17.55 - 18.55 with Jane Palmer.

We will embrace the season's shift from outward activity to inward focus by aligning with our true selves.

In our Autumn practise we aim to let go of what is no longer needed, cultivate balance, gratitude, and a sense of groundedness for the colder months to clear the energy pathways.

Don’t forget to book on to Ashtanga this week.

Do you want to build up strength, focus and stability in the mind and the body?

Ashtanga Yoga is a dynamic and physically demanding style of yoga that focuses on synchronising the breath with a progressive series of postures, or asanas.

Ashtanga Builds strength, flexibility, and endurance, enhances mental focus and mindfulness.

Ashtanga detoxifies the body through sweat and controlled breathing, whilst improving postures and spinal alignment.

Why not book on to Ashtanga with Ian Miller this Wednesday evening or Saturday morning.

Wednesday 18.00 - 19.00.

Saturday 8.15 - 9.30.

Yoga Collective Worcester classes this week:

Monday - Slow Flow at 18.30 - 19.30 with Lynsey Piff.

This is a lovely slow flow to start your week ahead, a way to feel calm and a way to open the body.

Wednesday - Ashtanga at 18.00 - 19.00 with Ian Miller.

This is a challenging class to build up strength and concentration, a way to sculpt your body and mind.

Thursday - Yin Yoga at 17.55 - 18.55 with Jane Palmer.

This is a class where you hold the poses for 3-5 minutes in a passive stretch; a great class to stretch the body and calm the mind.

Saturday - Ashtanga at 8.15 - 9.30 with Ian Miller.

This is the full primary series to build up strength and concentration, offering an accessible approach to Ashtanga.

Saturday - Yoga Fundamentals at 9.45 - 10.45 with Lynsey Piff.

This is a class to introduce you into the world of yoga, guide you through alignment and learn breathing techniques.

We are a local yoga studio in Worcester offering a range of classes, why not give us a try and get your yoga fix and just feel better.

Great Yoga Fundamentals class yesterday working on our back bends.

We loosened up the lumbar and thoracic spine through our creative flow ready to teach our peak pose of Camel pose (Ustrasana).

This practice is suitable for all ages and fitness levels, requiring no prior experience as modifications and the use of props are offered.

It’s a great way to build confidence and prepare for more advanced yoga styles over time.

The class is also suitable for someone who wants to improve on their alignment and learn about the postures.
