Don’t forget to book on for yoga with Lynsey tomorrow evening.

Lynsey will be covering Kate for three weeks whilst she is on her travels.

This is the perfect way to start your week, finding a sense of peace and balance, whilst being guided on the mat through your yoga flow.

Yoga Flow, Monday, 18.30 - 19.30 with Lynsey Piff.

Lynsey will be guiding you through a restorative, therapeutic flow, that will challenge you but give you a sense of harmony, relaxation and balance.

We are a local yoga studio in worcester offering a range of classes.

Hi Yogis and welcome to this weeks class schedule:

Monday - Yoga Flow at 18.30 - 19.30 with Lynsey Piff.

This is a lovely yoga flow to start your week ahead, a way to feel calm and a way to open the body.

Wednesday - Ashtanga at 18.00 - 19.00 with Ian Miller.

This is a challenging class to build up strength and concentration, a way to sculpt your body and mind.

Thursday - Yin Yoga at 17.55 - 18.55 with Jane Palmer.

This is a class where you hold the poses for longer in a passive stretch; a great class to stretch the body and calm the mind.

Saturday - Ashtanga at 8.15 - 9.30 with Ian Miller.

This is the full primary series to build up strength and concentration, offering an accessible approach to Ashtanga.

Saturday - Rise & Shine Yoga at 9.45 - 10.45 with Lynsey Piff.

This is a lovely vinyasa flow class to wake up and move the body, linking the breath with the movement.

A wonderful Rise & Shine vinyasa flow this morning! It was so lovely to see so many faces today old and new!

We had a lovely warm up to prepare the body for a heated flow. It was so much fun and a joy to teach.

Well it’s time to start the New Year off with a bang and what better way than Ashtanga with Ian Miller tomorrow morning.

Ashtanga will build up strength, focus and stability in the mind and the body.

Ashtanga Yoga is a dynamic and physically demanding style of yoga that focuses on synchronising the breath with a progressive series of postures, or asanas.

Ashtanga Builds strength, flexibility, and endurance, enhances mental focus and mindfulness.

Ashtanga detoxifies the body through sweat and controlled breathing, whilst improving postures and spinal alignment.

New Yoga Class starting January 3rd with Lynsey Piff.

Lynsey is a very experienced teacher who will guide you through creative vinyasa flow.

Rise and shine yoga will start the weekend off right.

The class will be designed to improve flexibility, balance, and strength whilst having fun in a creative flow.

Rise & Shine Yoga - 9.45 - 10.45 with Lynsey Piff.

This practice will be suitable for all ages and fitness levels, modifications can be made to those new to yoga, additionally the class will push the more experienced student.

Vinyasa flow yoga links yoga poses into smooth, continuous sequences, synchronising movement with the breath for a dynamic class.

A moving Vinyasa builds up heat, flexibility, and strength.

Yoga fundamentals breaks down the physical postures, explores breathing techniques and meditation to connect the body, mind, and spirit, helping with flexibility and calmness in the mind.

This practice is suitable for all ages and fitness levels, requiring no prior experience as modifications and the use of props are offered.

It’s a great way to build confidence and prepare for more advanced yoga styles over time.

The class is also suitable for someone who wants to improve on their alignment and learn about the postures.

Join Jane for her Christmas Winter Yin Yoga practise, the last class with Jane before 2026!

You will be wrapped in softness and supported by stillness, reconnecting with your inner landscape, a time to honour the quiet power that comes from deep rest.

Winter is the most Yin time of year, It's a time when the natural world slows down and the days are generally darker.

This practice focuses on the kidney and bladder meridians, the pathways associated with water, wisdom, and our deepest reserves of energy.

By easing into shapes that support the spine, hips, and hamstrings, we create space for quiet reflection and replenish what has been depleted.
