Don’t forget to book on for yoga with Kate this evening.

This is the perfect way to start your week, finding a sense of peace and balance, whilst being guided on the mat through your yoga flow.

Yoga Flow, Monday, 18.30 - 19.30 with Kate Thackeray.

Kate will be guiding you through a therapeutic flow, that will challenge you but give you a sense of harmony, relaxation and balance.

We are a local yoga studio in worcester offering a range of classes.

Hi Yogis and welcome to this weeks class schedule:

Monday - Yoga Flow at 18.30 - 19.30 with Kate Thackeray.

This is a lovely yoga flow to start your week ahead, a way to feel calm and a way to open the body.

Wednesday - Ashtanga at 18.00 - 19.00 with Ian Miller.

This is a challenging class to build up strength and concentration, a way to sculpt your body and mind.

Thursday - Yin Yoga at 17.55 - 18.55 with Jane Palmer.

This is a class where you hold the poses for longer in a passive stretch; a great class to stretch the body and calm the mind.

Saturday - Ashtanga at 8.15 - 9.30 with Ian Miller.

This is the full primary series to build up strength and concentration.

Saturday - Rise & Shine Yoga at 9.45 - 10.45 with Lynsey Piff.

This is a lovely vinyasa flow class to wake up and move the body, linking the breath with the movement.

Start your weekend off with a bang, whilst Lynsey guides you through creative vinyasa flow.

Rise and shine yoga will start the weekend off right.

The class will be designed to improve flexibility, balance, and strength whilst having fun in a creative flow.

Rise & Shine Yoga - 9.45 - 10.45 with Lynsey Piff.

This practice will be suitable for all ages and fitness levels, modifications can be made to those new to yoga, additionally the class will push the more experienced student.

Vinyasa flow yoga links yoga poses into smooth, continuous sequences, synchronising movement with the breath for a dynamic class.

A moving Vinyasa builds up heat, flexibility, and strength.

Spring symbolising renewal and growth, it is the perfect time to set new goals.

Jane’s Spring Yin practice will target the liver and the gallbladder energy lines.

Anatomically this practice will aim to hydrate, release, and lengthen the fascia along the inner legs, outer hips, the side body, and the ribcage.

This will help to Increase the flexibility in the hips, spine, and shoulders.

We are excited to announce an inversion workshop with Robin Aurora.

Sunday 17.05.2026

14.00 - 16.00.

This will be a fun but thorough breakdown of inversions, to include headstand, handstand, crow and many other arm balances.

Robin will guide you through
step by step progressions to build up your confidence and mental strength, which are necessary to achieve these poses.

Robin will also include exercises you can use to build up core and shoulder strength, to make these poses accessible.

Robin will use many props to include walls, blocks and straps to understand proper structure and prevent injury.

We can’t wait to have Robin with us again.

Hi yogis and welcome to The Yoga Collective Worcester.

The weather is finally starting to brighten so we are organising another Diglis river walk, Sunday 12th April at 10.30, meeting at Browns waters side.

There is a carpark just behind for your convenience.

More than just a healthy walk, we will walk and talk.

A good walk is much more than stretching your legs, It’s a chance to unwind, connect with other yoga students, meet new people and discover nature that is on your doorstep.

Everyone is welcome at our Collective Wellbeing Walk. We are a friendly bunch and you are guaranteed a warm welcome.

When the walk is finished why don’t you stick around for a brew or a beer and a chat, we will head to Diglis hotel if the sun is out, we can rethink if it is not.

Please bring your furry friends and kids with with you.

Please reserve your spot on the app so we know how many people to wait for before we stomp.
