We're looking for:
🍼 Baby Cafe Volunteers

Help create our welcoming Tuesday space. You don't need to commit to every week - even once a month makes a difference. Training provided for feeding support roles, or simply help with setup, tea-making, and being a friendly face.

📱 Social Media Volunteer
Help us share what we do. A few hours a month creating posts, stories, and helping parents find our services. Work from home, flexible hours, real impact.

What you'll get:

💚 Flexibility that works around your life
💚 Connection with other volunteers
💚 The knowledge you're helping parents feel less alone

You don't need qualifications. You don't need endless free time. You just need to care about supporting parents in our community.

What is Baby Cafe? 💚

Baby Cafe isn't just about feeding support (though our trained volunteers are brilliant at that). It's about finding your people.

It's the mum who reassures you that cluster feeding is normal. The parent who makes you laugh about the 3am feeding session. The volunteer who helps you find a comfortable position. The cup of tea that's actually still warm when you drink it.

Every Tuesday, 10am-12pm at Crowle Village Hall, we create a space where:
✨ All feeding journeys are supported (breast, bottle, mixed, it's all welcome)
✨ Your questions are never silly
✨ You can just be, without pressure
✨ The tea is hot and the company is warm

Drop-in, no booking needed. Babies of all ages welcome.

You don't need to have a feeding question to come. Sometimes you just need to be around other parents who get it.

The Welly Library is open 🌧️💚

Remember when you could just pop out without planning for every weather scenario? The Welly Library brings back some of that spontaneity.

Borrow a pair of children's wellies for free - perfect for:
🌳 Muddy puddle jumping
🌧️ Rainy day adventures
🦆 Unexpected duck pond visits
👢 Those between-sizes growing phases

How it works:
Pick up wellies from Baby Cafe (Tuesdays 10am-12pm, Crowle Village Hall). Use them as long as you need. Return them when your little one outgrows them. It's that simple.

We need your donations!

Got wellies your child has outgrown? We'd love to give them a second life. All sizes welcome - clean and in good condition.

Drop donations at Baby Cafe any Tuesday, or DM us to arrange collection.

Are you looking for a way to give back and make a positive impact in your community? 💚 With just 1 hour a month, you could help support local parents and babies!

We’re on the lookout for volunteers to run our weekly Walk & Talks and new Welly Tots Walk sessions. Whether you’re a parent with a baby in a pram or carrier, a toddler ready for outdoor adventures, or someone with older children, you can get involved and help us run these much-loved walks for local parents.

✨ Volunteer Opportunity – Community Builder ✨

We’re looking for a new Community Builder to join the volunteer team at NCT Worcester & Droitwich 💚

This role is all about supporting our brilliant volunteer teams and helping parents feel connected in our local area.

What the role involves:

Supporting and keeping in touch with volunteer teams via WhatsApp groups and occasional in-person catch-ups

Acting as the first point of response for emails, helping signpost queries to the right activity or volunteer

Helping volunteers feel supported and confident in running their activities

There’s no obligation for a fixed amount of time each month, but as a guide the role usually takes around 2–3 hours per month and can be done almost entirely remotely, making it very flexible around family life and work.

If you enjoy community, communication, and supporting others, this could be a lovely fit. And if you’d like to help expand branch activities or events, there’s absolutely opportunity to do that too — but only if and when it suits you.

We know news about formula milk recalls can feel worrying 💚 Nestlé has recalled specific batches of some SMA formula milk products due to possible contamination. If this affects you, here’s what you need to know:

💚 Check the batch number and stop using any affected products
💚 If your baby becomes unwell (for example vomiting or tummy pain), contact your GP or NHS 111
💚 It’s safe to switch to a different brand of first infant formula milk - they're all nutritionally equivalent
💚 If your baby uses a specialist formula milk, speak to a health professional
