Love a good late breakfast! 🍳

After a busy morning here as we’ve got builders causing carnage, they all wanted a bacon & egg sarnie but as I was craving my favourite avocado I didn’t have the same (though I could have perfectly Food Optimised it 🥰)

I really fancied the fried egg element though 🤪 at 2 Swips for 2 fried eggs, 2 Healthy Extras used and some added Speed Free Foods, I’m happy!

I can’t believe we’ve had our last weigh-in of January… and what an epic January it’s been! 🤩

I couldn’t be prouder of the members across Blackpole, Masonic Hall and Hallow groups for their commitment and determination with their weight-loss goals.

And it’s really showing… because together they’ve lost an incredible 84.2 STONE in January alone! 💥👏

Just imagine what they could achieve by the end of the year… 🤩

We’re still very much supporting members who are finding things tricky after Christmas, so if you’ve been thinking about coming along, you’d be so welcome 💕
