A year filled with laughter, great adventures, and countless special memories created with our amazing residents. It’s been another wonderful chapter of memories, laughter and a lot of fun! 🎉

A big thank you to everyone who has been part of The Mill House family. Your support, kindness, and involvement mean the world to us.

We’ve rounded off this special year in style with our very own New Year’s Eve Glitz and Glam Party — the perfect way to celebrate everything we’ve achieved together.💫✨

Christmas Eve
Today we embraced the festive spirit with a cosy pyjama day.
This morning, everyone joined in singing Christmas carols, filling the home with music and cheer.
In the afternoon, we settled in with delicious hot chocolates and a Christmas film a lovely, relaxing way to end the day and welcome Christmas. 🎄🎁🎅🏼

This morning we were treated to a beautiful performance by the Kingtones Handbells, filling the home with Christmas classics and plenty of festive cheer.
In the afternoon, the fun continued with a gingerbread house decorating competition. Residents got creative with icing, sweets, and a lot of laughter as they designed their own festive masterpieces.🎄🎅🏼

🎄Party day 🎄

Our residents enjoyed a truly wonderful Christmas party today.
We began the morning with a special visit from Santa, who delivered a personalised gifts to each resident. 🎁

Everyone joined in singing Christmas carols alongside our staff, filling the home with festive cheer. 🎶

In the afternoon, our kitchen team prepared a luxury buffet for all to enjoy. We were then delighted to be joined by an elf and a princess, who brought the celebration to life with live music and plenty of smiles.
It was a magical day for residents and staff alike. 🌟

This morning we enjoyed a lovely visit from the Debutots children. Everyone had a wonderful time, and we even sang a few Christmas songs to get us into the festive spirit. 🎅🏼🎄🎶

We were delighted to welcome the Mayor of Worcester to The Mill House Care Home for the official opening of our eight new Luxury Garden Rooms — and honoured to see the occasion featured by Worcester News.

The event marked an important milestone for our home, celebrating not only the new Garden Rooms but the warmth, dedication and care shown every day by our wonderful team. It was a truly memorable afternoon shared with families, friends and members of our local community. 💛

🎄 Christmas Jumper Day at The Mill House 🎄

Alongside the official opening of our new Luxury Garden Rooms, our wonderful team proudly took part in Christmas Jumper Day — and together raised a whopping £100 for Save the Children UK 💛

There was no shortage of festive jumpers, generosity and community spirit on the day, and we’d like to say a huge thank you to everyone who supported this important cause.

What a lovely afternoon! The residents were treated to the pantomime Oliver right here in the home. It was such a joy to bring the theatre experience to them—everyone had a fantastic time! 🎄
