Part One of my Bumper Slimming World Saturday… ready to go at Kempsey Community Centre (sessions at 7, 8:30 & 10am). 🥰 It’s a quick change and then off to Birmingham for Access All Areas where I will not only be soaking up the Slimming World inspiration, I will also be helping other consultants with their social media. 🙌🏻

Men Slim Too! 💪🏻 There’s no stopping the incredible Phil who joined me when I was running groups in Malvern with a want to be happier and healthier. Phil continues to focus on his weight loss journey every week and is smashing it - consistency is key after all. 🙌🏻🤩

Across my groups, I have the privilege of supporting a large number of men… this in itself is inspiring as it can take men up to 6 years to do something about their weight, as highlighted in Slimming World’s 2016 Machobesity Study.
