Shameless selfie, heartfelt thanks and yoga plug: For the past year (nearly) I have been studying and practicing hard to become a Yoga Teacher. It’s been extremely fun, super challenging and an absolute privilege. Thanks to everyone who has supported me. Thanks to everyone who has allowed me to use them as ‘dummy-students’, those who have attended my practice classes, any who offered advice, gave me pep talks, and never stopped encouraging me to keep on going. Shout out to all my fellow yogi-teacher-trainers, the end is nearly in sight... Graduation is in just under a month... watch this space 🤙🏻 let’s hope I pass... 😂
