There was a point in my life where I realised this crap we are sold about swimming just keep swimming as fast as you can , pushing alone and up stream is not conducive to our nervous systems.

Push push push is a fear driven way of life and things do not have to be so hard.
I realised I need other people, I need positive and safe human connection, I need judgement free zones where I can blossom as a sister, a mother and women .
Whilst I need to be productive and creatively fulfilled and always be doing it is also true that I need time when I can go slow… really slow!

Where I can rest and settle into my soul.
I learned to do this in circle - partly as my own experience and by watching other women struggle looking for a moment a time to let go struggling to keep their head above the water

So my sister… I will be your sister, I will be the one to embrace you and to smile when you say you are getting off the treadmill.

it’s okay to just BE
It’s okay to Be Still
It’s okay it really is OK
