Happy 100th Birthday to Dick Van D**e 😍🎂🙏
This man was such a huge part of my childhood and even now if I see or on tv whilst scrolling ill stop and watch (even if it's half way through 😀) he always conjures thoughts and feelings of being joyful and happy, and i can't ever see an interview or video clip of him without smiling 😀 ...... his joy and enthusiasm is infectious..... the world needs more people like him ❤️

Christmas movies, snuggly blankets and SNACKS .... its probably my favourite thing of the season 😍 (as well as Christmas jumpers IFYKYK🤣) ......... A perfect afternoon for me would be "Elf" with a hot chocolate with cream and marshmallows, and some 🍿 to boot because 😍

Never mind Tesco , thanks to my fabulous members I've found out that this delicious TRUFFLE TROVE from Snowdonia Cheese co is also a healthy extra choice on Slimming Worlds food optimising plan and is available all year round 😍😍😍😍

This is one of the many things I love about a slimming world group, you share something you've discovered, and then find out about more.... you have an idea about something but arnt sure how to go about it, you have a room full of people who get it, to help.... yoy need ideas... 5 times a week you can get a room full from me and my members 😍😍😍😍
......and there is sooooo much new to discover at Slimming World in the coming weeks 😍😍😍😍

If you’re anything like me, this time of year is SO busy... there’s always something to do 😅! Thankfully, on days or nights where I know there’s not much time to cook, the Slimming World food range has my back ❤️. Popping a ready-made meal (my favourite is this Beef ragu 😉), into the microwave means I can stay on track without worrying about what I’m going to eat. Brilliant 🥳! ....... what are you having for lunch? 😋

Omg!!!! Do you know Sam ? 😍😍😍😍😍

Hi my name is Sam and I've been a slimming world consultant for over 24 years (big celebration sept 2026🥳)...... if you know me give me a 👋 in the comments..... for those that don't know me I thought I would share a little so if you are thinking about coming and joining one of my groups, you'll already know me a bit and it might just help you know you can absolutely achieve your goals with me too. 🥰

Although I have been a consultant all this time, I am a slimmer too and regularly attend a different meeting to my own to help me stay on track and although im not currently at target (life changes and a big birthday this year) I am absolutely going to be back there in 2026! 😍

This means im on my journey with you, I understand, I get it!.... and with all these years as a consultant under my belt I feel my knowledge of not only slimming world's plan and methodology are second to none but also understanding the mindset of a slimmer and helping everyone to make the changes needed for lifelong success are pretty good too 😍

This year we have already seen major changes in our group format, and im so excited for the updates coming to our eating plan and food ranges........ so if you think you know slimming world but haven't been to a group in a while I'd definitely suggest having another look 😉..

What i love about slimming world and food optimising.......
♥️The generosity and flexibility of food optimising...... allergies, intolerances, lifestyle choices or a fussy eater.... it will work for you.
I was an extremely fussy eater when I first started all those years ago (much better now) but still won't eat peppers🤣 .... and i have members who are vegetarian and vegan as well as many following plan with various allergies 😍
♥️Food Optimising allows us to eat out and socialise, and i like to socialise!! 😍
♥️we encourage everyone to be more active but to work at your own pace, im very active in my daily life and try to walk or use our local beryl bikes when i can..... but you won't find me in a gym.... if you enjoy the gym fantastic we'll encourage you all the way, however you choose to move we will celebrate and reward your commitment along your journey 😍
♥️No judgement! .... our groups are a safe space, yes we will celebrate the successes, both weight loss ones and none scale ones too, but group is THE PLACE for you to get whatever help and support you need, to ask questions, to share your struggles without any judgement whatsoever with a group of people who get it and are best placed to help 😀

My favourite foods are steak, pasta, seafood, cheese and CHOCOLATE 🍫..... my favourite meals are spaghetti carbonara, mac and cheese, steak and chips, full English, Ramen or a loaded jacket spud 🥔.....
.....and i can eat and enjoy all of these as part of Food optimising 😍
