Heel pain advice online is chaos.

You don’t need 100 opinions — you need one plan, laid out in order, so you know what to do first and what to do next.

Most people rush the lowering phase.

Slow, controlled lowering is what helps the tissue adapt.

If it’s too sore, you don’t quit — you scale it and keep the progression.

Stretching can feel good… but it’s rarely the full answer long-term.

Heel pain usually comes down to tolerance — what your foot can handle right now.

The plan is strength + consistency + footwear that isn’t undoing your progress.

I made this because I kept seeing the same heel pain patterns and I can’t help everyone 1:1.

People don’t need more hacks — they need a clear plan in the right order. That’s what Heal My Heels is.

Quick win: toe presses. Controlled press, hold, relax — no clawing.

It helps rebuild support under the foot so the heel isn’t taking all the stress.

More structured steps coming.

Morning heel pain is common — those first steps feel brutal because the tissue stiffens overnight, then gets hit with load straight away.

The mistake is bouncing between random tips.

The fix is a simple sequence: calm the triggers, build tolerance, then progress gradually.

It’s all starts with a flight… and before you know it, you’re surrounded by Auto Rickshaws (TUK TUKs) and milky sugary tea…

All in the name of a mandate… help as many people as possible avoid Diabetic foot ulcers.

85% amputations can be prevented.

EASY CHEAP advice and treatment…

It’s not hard.

It’s early diagnosis
Early treatment
Change diet
Make sure shoes are not causing skin damage
GET TO DR ASAP if they see any change of Skin colour, temp, wound, swelling.
The sooner we see it, the sooner we can act.

TIME IS TISSUE

Wonderful week for 1st year Podiatry student from Wolverhampton Uni in placement.

We covered taking medical history, skin assessment, neuro vascular assessments, Doppler assessment, toe and brachial pressure, musculoskeletal assessment, video gait analysis, pressure scanner, shockwave, fungal treatments, verruca treatments… running a business, and probably more!!

Kimberley has been such a great student this week - willing to have a go, has grown in confidence talking with patients and doing neurovasc assessments.

Really enjoyable week for both of us 😁

Imagine 350 people cheering you on!!! That’s what I imagine when I look at my 350 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ google reviews!!!

I just want to say thank you to everyone who has given me a review on google, we are by a long way the most reviewed in Worcester and one of the highest in the West Midlands.

I am honoured that you appreciate the work I do for you and the way I treat you… it’s all because I just purely want you to get better.

I’ve always said that I don’t like pain myself. So if someone else is in pain, and you can do something about it, you would wouldn’t you!

Great to catch up Nicola Burt as well! You were wonderful Nic!
We had a Morton’s neuroma removal, a 1st subungual exostectomy, an ankle ganglion removal and a load of straightened toes.

These sort of visits are really helpful to see what’s possible for my patients, keep up with other potential treatment options, and have chance to ask questions.

In , happy birthday Visakh, what a week you have had, 1 year clinic anniversary too.

You have an amazing clinic, incredibly lovely team, supporting family. A flagship clinic for wound care in Trivandrum - probably the best in Kerala.

You are all amazing, and I am honoured to have met you!

(Be glad I didn’t post foot photos here!!😵 pm if you want to see some juicy ones….!)
