Helena from NeuroCompass is launching a Neuroinclusive co-working day designed for neurodivergent professionals, freelancers, and business owners who want to work in a calm, supportive environment that recognises different ways of thinking, processing, and working — and offers practical strategies to help them work with their brains, not against them.

Each session focuses on a practical theme, starting with Time Management.

9.30 – 9.45 | Welcome and settling in
9.45 – 12.30 | Neuroinclusive co-working space – an opportunity to connect or focus on your own projects
12.30 – 1.00 | 🧠 Neurodiversity Strategy Surgery - A 30-minute guided session exploring four practical time management strategies, with space for questions and discussion.
1.00 – 4.30 | Neuroinclusive co-working space, with opportunities to talk through and personalise time management strategies.
