📸 Team Together at Radfield Home Care!

Last week, our team came together for a staff meeting filled with chatter, laughter, and, of course, plenty of collaboration!

At Radfield, we know that looking after our clients starts with looking after our team. Our team meetings aren’t just about getting together- they’re about sharing ideas, supporting one another, and recharging so we can give our best every day. It’s all part of our Caring for our Carers pledge, because wellbeing matters just as much as high-quality care.

At our meeting, we were thrilled to officially welcome Madeleine, our new Community Engagement Officer, to the Radfield family. Her passion for connecting with our local community is already making waves, and we can’t wait for the exciting changes she’s helping us put in place to make our care even better for our clients.

A big thank you to St John's Library for allowing us to use their meeting rooms to host our team meeting!
