Flow with Sof I aim to bring fun and challenge into every class all while giving your mind a break from the busy world we live in.

📍Classes every Wednesday, 6-7pm at St Martin's Church Hall - upstairs hall, (London Rd Pre-school) WR5 1ED.

I am passionate about sharing the magic of yoga with others ✨

My favourite style is a firey vinyasa - I love flowing through a vinyasa sequence, connecting movement and breath. I always described the feeling yoga gave me as ‘feeling like a feather’ - both mentally and physically and hope my classes give this to my students too!

In all seriousness though, yoga is SO much more than what poses you can or cannot do and teaches you so much more in life off that mat, and you learn so much about yourself in the process of practising the pose ✨

Power vinyasa is all about emPOWERment. We’ll flow through a number of strong asanas (poses) creating some heat, building strength and flexibility but most importantly while having some fun and play 🧘🏻‍♀️

Power yoga is about empowering you to realise you are capable of more than you think. To have fun whilst playing around with some more challenging poses and enjoying the journey of getting there ✨

My next yoga for empowerment workshop is online and ready to book (with two spaces already filled) 🧘🏻‍♀️

We will start by grounding and getting in the right headspace with a short mediation and pranayama practise before flowing through a sequence to get us ready for life upside down ✨

A safe space to learn and see what you are capable of (on and off the mat)

I can’t believe we only have 4 classes left of the year 🤯 There are three more regular Vinyasa Wednesday classes and a new yin class on Monday 22nd December 💆‍♀️

Really excited to teach my first yin class since completing my training in May. Yin is a floor based class, we hold poses for 3-5 minutes and work into our fascia (deep connective tissues) and unblocking the flow of energy (Qi) by settling into stillness in each pose, just letting gravity do its thing and surrendering ✨
