Revolution Pilates is running a one -off Matwork Pilates class at The Art of Wellbeing Centre, Pershore on Sunday 21 September at 9.30am.
The session will be a full-body workout designed for beginners to intermediate practitioners. This 60-minute session will draw inspiration from the classical Pilates order, with a contemporary twist, offering a comprehensive practice that will leave you feeling energised stretched and refreshed.
