As you may know, I offer a free complementary gift with a client's first 1 hour treatment. This gift is one of my 16 poems which I have had printed onto bookmarks.

These poems are special to me as they began to emerge after my Level 1 Reiki Healing training. I now understand that they were examples of automatic writing - often known as downloads - but at the time, it was a very surreal experience. My intention has always been to share the words with others in the hope that they might touch the hearts and help to heal or support during life's chapters and challenges.

For those of you who follow my channel on Instagram, you are able to take a read of them and also listen to some of the reels I have created (me reading them with video footage and music).

Over the past few months, many of my new clients have asked me the same question:

“How often should I have Reiki?”

For a long time, I have been saying, “See how you feel; everyone responds differently; you will know the right time to book in for another session." And although this is true, experience tells me that some are still yet to gain the confidence to know when the right time is...

The truth is, Reiki works best with a little consistency — especially if you’re new to it, feeling a bit “off”, or navigating a life change.

One session can feel calming and clarifying.

A few sessions close together allow your system to properly settle and realign.

So I’ve created something simple and supportive:

Designed for those who:
• Are new to Reiki
• Feel out of sync or unsettled
• Are moving through grief, relationship changes or other life challenges
• Want steady support rather than a one-off session

Three 60-minute sessions to be used within six weeks.
