The FitFarms Waldorf Salad full of nutrients and super healthy. The original Waldorf Salad was created in the 19 century at the Waldorf Astoria in New York and consisted of apples and celery tossed in Mayonnaise. Over the years it’s had ingredients added to it, the main one being walnuts. FitFarms makes it healthy by tossing the ingredients in Greek Yogurt and adding pumpkin and pomegranate seeds 👍🏼

Farmers Bruschetta is being served at FitFarms Derbyshire today. Being a Devon Farmers son it has taught me the importance of buying local fresh produce. Local beetroot, butternut squash and cottage cheese served on toasted sourdough 😀

It’s Halloween week here at FitFarms Derbyshire. There’s a new Autumn menu and we have lots of new guests and 4 revisiting us. It’s been great to meet everyone and we are now going into the first session MOBILITY 😀

We’ve had a menu change to match the season. Chick Pea and Butternut Squash Curry, Buckwheat Pancakes with Apple and Cinnamon, Bulgar Wheat served with roasted pumpkin, courgettes, pecan nuts and dried cranberries are just some of the dishes to expect from the New Menu

FitFarms Scotland 2025 Fun Group 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 based at the beginning of the Highlands next to the huge Loch Tay and the historical falls of Dochart. The area has lots of history to engage in being old clan territories for the Campbells and McNabs. Next course starts on 17th July and we’ve already taken bookings 👍🏼😀📆
