My skincare routine is a non-negotiable part of my day both in the morning and evening. Fantastic interaction at our Women's Circle tonight - this month's topic was honouring our boundaries.

🌸 Why boundaries matter for our wellbeing
When we don’t have clear boundaries:

We become emotionally drained
Resentment can build quietly
Our nervous system stays in a state of overwhelm
We disconnect from our own needs and intuition

But when we honour our boundaries:

We feel calmer and more grounded
Our energy is protected
Our relationships become more honest
We show others how to treat us

Boundaries are not selfish… They are self-respect in action.

🌙 The power of saying no

Saying no can feel hard… especially if you’re someone who cares deeply, like many of us here.
But “no” is not rejection. It’s redirection.

You can say no with kindness, with softness, with love:
“That doesn’t feel aligned for me right now”
“I don’t have the capacity to give to that”
“I need to honour my own energy today”

Every time you say no to something that drains you… You say yes to yourself ♥️

Our circle is a space for women to come together in a safe space, to be heard, to form connections, to be supported and nurtured. A space to drop the facades and masks we habitually wear, a space to explore all kinds of issues with like minded women.

Women's Circles span centuries, cultures and continents. They have always been a space for women to find their own voice, find empowerment through connection and to discover their own inner strength and resilience.
