We are seeking a kind, patient, and reliable Home Care Support Worker to provide person-centred care for a young gentleman with complex needs. The ideal candidate will support him in his daily living, health needs, and personal development, helping him maintain his independence and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality personal care, including assistance with daily routines.
Support mobility, communication, and any medical or therapeutic needs (training provided if required).
Assist with meal preparation, medication, and personal hygiene.
Encourage engagement in hobbies, social activities, and community participation.
Ensure a safe, respectful, and supportive home environment.
Work collaboratively with family members and healthcare professionals.

Requirements:
Previous experience in care or support work (especially with complex needs) is highly desirable however not essential as full training will be provided.
Compassionate, patient, and respectful attitude.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to follow care plans and work as part of a team.
Willingness to undergo training relevant to the role.
[Optional: Driving licence preferred but not essential.]
