We’re delighted to share some fantastic news - Heather has officially passed her Registered Manager interview and is now legally and formally registered as Bellcare’s Registered Manager 🥰

Over the past number of months, Heather has worked closely alongside Debbie, our former Registered Manager, who has now stepped into the role of Quality & Compliance Manager.

This period of shadowing has ensured a smooth transition and continuity for our teams and service users. Debbie will continue to work closely with Heather along with the wider management team, remaining fully supportive as she settles further into her role.

Heather says:

“I am very proud and grateful to have received my Registered Manager registration. When I returned to Bellcare four years ago as Training Manager, I never imagined I would go on to take on the role of Registered Manager.

"Being put forward for this position meant a great deal to me, and I have worked incredibly hard to achieve my registration.

"Bellcare is more than a workplace to me – it really does feel like family. I’m passionate about delivering kind, honest, and person-centred care and about supporting both our service users and our teams. I’m excited to continue growing with Bellcare and building a service people can truly trust.”

We’re incredibly proud of Heather and confident she will continue to lead Bellcare with compassion, integrity and care.👏
