What a month January was...
I've referred people with inner ear infections, outer ear infections, fungal infections, severe eczema, shingles....

We are slowly starting to become the first point of call for patients struggling to get to see a Dr and why not. I know how hard it is to get through to the Drs surgery and if I can help with relieving the pressure for the receptionists and the stress for the patients I'm happy to.

If you are having any ear complications whether its itching, soreness, fullness, pressure etc feel free to book in for a consultation and we can either sell you something over the counter at the pharmacy to relieve symptoms or refer you to the gp practice for a prescription.

Telling the receptionist that you have already been to the pharmacy and had your ear examined could speed up your process of getting a prescription.

I'm offering free walk in ear consultations throughout February (Monday&Wednesdays 11-4) at Worksop Pharmacy Bridge St.

Also don't forget I offer Wax removal using 3 methods. MICROSUCTION, WATER IRRIGATION and MANUAL. Each appointment is tailored to your preferred method or needs.
I'm fully insured and DBS checked.

Love the satisfaction this job gives me.

I had a patient come to me who had been suffering for a very very long time and had seen numerous people before me. She had limited hearing and suffering from dizzy spells.
I managed to completely clear her ears and eliminate her symptoms. 😀

She was very very greatful and surprised me with a bunch of flowers the following day. 😊😊

Ive been to a few care homes recently to work with Dementia patients.....

For the elderly, when ear wax blocks the ear canal it can become a classic “slippery slope” because it can cause hearing loss which can then lead to cognitive decline. For those with dementia, the inability to hear can lead to behavioral issues and worsen cognitive decline.
