Happy Halloween

Halloween can provide a lot of enjoyment, particularly for children. Nothing is more enjoyable for kids than dressing up and knocking for sweets and treats! 🍭

However, it can also be a worrying and stressful time for some, especially those who live alone, are vulnerable, or are concerned about after-dark callers.

👻 - A general guideline is to search for houses displaying a pumpkin outside, which signifies they are welcoming to trick-or-treaters. Some residents may have put "no trick or treating" signs in their window or on their door. These people aren't trying to be miserable or spoil your fun, but are more likely worried about late-night callers. Please be mindful.

🧛🏼 Be considerate about noise levels, especially during late hours.

🕷️ Avoid persistently ringing doorbells, knocking repeatedly, or revisiting the same house. If there's no response, it's best to move on to the next location.
