SALT was created from a need to build something meaningful, kind, and stable in a world that constantly asks us to be newer, better, and more.
Rather than chasing trends, I brought together my skills, passions, and experience to create products that encourage presence, movement, and self-care without the pressure to fix or change yourself.
Inspired by a love of hiking, fitness, the outdoors, recovery, and slowing down, SALT is rooted in the belief that movement is medicine, time outside is healing, and your body deserves appreciation exactly as it is, right now, for what it can do.
