When we first discussed taking over Beech House Care Home we wrote down our vision for the home and a set of core values we wanted to bring to it. Basically, these mirrored what we would want for any of our relatives and our own value system. To provide a relaxed, friendly atmosphere and a safe, yet rewarding and stimulating environment; a place that allows residents to conduct life as near to how they would in their own home, with as few “house rules” as possible. We want to promote an environment of respect for residents, relatives, staff and each other; enhancing life for all of us.
