Nordic Walking is a fun, full-body workout that’s gentle on the joints and great for both your physical and mental well-being. And thanks to funding from Ashfield District Council's Green Activity Grant, we’re pleased to be able to offer new clients up to 5 FREE sessions!

Walks take place on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays every week. After your free sessions, you’re welcome to keep walking with us for just £3 per session.

Nordic Walking burns more calories than a regular stroll and helps improve posture, balance, and coordination. It’s also a fantastic way to boost your mood, connect with others, and enjoy time outdoors in the fresh air and sunshine.
