🧠 I'm all for mindset work, thinking positive, affirmations etc, it can make us feel better, but does it last? Once we stop doing this kinda work, we will most probably fall back into old ways 🔄
I really do believe, (and there is a tonne of evidence out there supporting this), if we are not addressing the FEELINGS that the thoughts trigger in the BODY - then the emotional turmoil will persist!
We cannot simply 'think' ourself better - we got to allow ourselves to get uncomfortable and FEEL what the body is holding onto... to process what we didn't know how to when it first happened.
This is why EFT ( Tapping) is so different to ANYTHING else I have ever tried - it gets right down to the root cause 🌱 and the results can be flippin life changing!
