I have finally moved home 🙌 and currently in the process of converting the garage into my new space to see clients.

Hopefully this won't take too long! 🙏

🌿 New Offering ~ Tap into Calm 🌿

This session is perfect if you are feeling overwhelmed, anxious or simply in need of some time to yourself, away from the outside noise.

[ Do not worry if you have not heard of, or tried EFT before. I will go through everything with you.]

A calming and supportive space to pause, talk and release what you’re holding onto.

This gentle session blends EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), guided breathing techniques, and a grounding meditation to help ease stress and bring you back into balance.

Together we will gently explore what’s coming up for you in my cosy therapy space, allowing you to open up and let go of what’s weighing you down so you can leave feeling lighter, calmer and more relaxed.

🧠 I'm all for mindset work, thinking positive, affirmations etc, it can make us feel better, but does it last? Once we stop doing this kinda work, we will most probably fall back into old ways 🔄

I really do believe, (and there is a tonne of evidence out there supporting this), if we are not addressing the FEELINGS that the thoughts trigger in the BODY - then the emotional turmoil will persist!

We cannot simply 'think' ourself better - we got to allow ourselves to get uncomfortable and FEEL what the body is holding onto... to process what we didn't know how to when it first happened.

This is why EFT ( Tapping) is so different to ANYTHING else I have ever tried - it gets right down to the root cause 🌱 and the results can be flippin life changing!

Are you struggling with difficult emotions, that sometimes seem to come out of nowhere? Anxiety for no apparent reason?

Our behaviours and emotional responses are often shaped by past experiences. These experiences can leave lasting impressions, creating ( unconscious) patterns that affect how we react to situations today.

Together we will look at your past experiences to gain understanding on how they might be impacting you today.

By identifying recurring themes and triggers, we can pinpoint specific situations that lead to emotional distress, unwanted behaviors and negative self talk that you may not be aware of.

Understanding the connection between past events and current feelings can help you see why certain situations bring up strong emotional responses. You may feel numb, anxious, exhausted, irritable, angry, broken, invisible even! ( I see many women who say this is how they feel).

Learn to stay present and reduce the impact of negative thoughts and feelings.

Strategies to help you manage intense emotions, such as anger, grief or sadness, in a healthy way.

Good morning!

I've been a little quiet as I decided to have a short break from social media, slow down and rest ( which was needed as the nasty virus got me!)
All good now, and I'm looking forward to getting back to work🤩

So much of how we react to current situations relates back to past experiences.
This is where patterns and beliefs are formed. We will carry on repeating the same patterns if we don't understand what's causing it, and get to the root.
When we begin to understand why we feel like we do, things start to make sense. From here, we can start to make different choices, work through any fears and doubts that may have been unconsciously keeping you stuck in unhelpful patterns of behaviour,cand help you to move forward.

Us humans don't tend to like change!
Even though we crave something different, we tend to stay where it feels familiar & safe - even if it's making us miserable.

Change can bring up feelings of FEAR and uncertainty, and we tell ourselves ' its easier to stay where it's familiar, but nothing change from this place.

The truth is ~ change is possible!
I've lived this experience, and this is why I believe in the work so much!

What a brill night! ✨️ 14 of us all braving the rain & cold for our Tapping & Breathwork event 🤍

Some powerful shifts, tears and laughter- especially when the village Elf gatecrashed the party, just as we were getting into the Tapping 😆🎄🤶

We all have our own struggles and challenges to deal with. I had tried every other avenue to help me come to terms with my own personal life challenges, including anti-depressants, CBT and counselling. After years of battling on and off with depression, extremely negative thoughts and zero Self-worth I had reached my lowest point. It was here that I was (thankfully) introduced to EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques). This proved to be the solution I had been looking for, and so my journey of self development began.

Fast forward to today I feel a totally different person, my mindset is now that of a survivor- I am no longer stuck in victim mode, hence I am now in a much happier place helping others with their own struggles to live a happier life.

The investment in yourself is the best investment you will ever make I cannot stress how effective these therapies and techniques can be in providing an alternative solution in helping YOU to feel better from the inside out.
