"We love Fire, Salt & Sea-- especially the women's community bookings. In addition to the absolute luxuriousness of the sauna on the beach (with such a beautiful view), every time we go we meet new women, have great conversations, and leave feeling like we've done something good for our bodies and hearts. 👩‍👧Why not start or end the half term holiday with a family session at our beautiful sauna?

We welcome children age 5 and up (when with an adult) and it's a great way to spend some time together, without distractions. Private sessions start at just £40 for 30 minutes (slots of up to 120 mins available), and our sauna seats up to eight people.

We're here on the beach on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays with various slots available. You can browse and book easily on our website:
