Caremark has just been awarded 5 Star Franchisee Satisfaction for 2026 in the independent WorkBuzz survey of our franchise owners.

We have also been named the Winner of the Best Franchise Awards 2026 for Continuous Improvement. Our 2026 score is up again on previous years, which tells us our owners feel backed, listened to and supported to grow.

You cannot buy this result. To achieve and keep 5 Star status, franchisors have to meet strict participation criteria and resurvey regularly, so the focus stays on improving, not just celebrating once.

A lot of people still see franchising as something you do “later”, once you have had a long corporate career. The reality is shifting.

Younger franchise owners in their late twenties and early thirties are bringing fresh energy, strong digital skills and a longer runway to grow something meaningful over time. In return, a good franchise gives them a proven model, training, mentoring and a brand that already has trust behind it.

Franchising at any age is possible. The real question is less “am I old enough” and more “am I ready to learn fast, lead people and back myself”.

Friday night at Caremark's conference and St George’s Park was transformed for our Hollywood gala to celebrate the Caremark Awards 2026 🌟

Huge congratulations to all our incredible winners and finalists. Your leadership, quality and care for your teams and customers are what bring this network to life.

We were treated to West End performances and guided through the evening by the brilliant Alan Dedicoat.

A massive thank you as well to everyone who helped us bring the night together, including Lucy Nicholls and the PS Events Group.

Park⚽️🎉

More importantly, thank you to everyone who laced up their boots, shouted from the sidelines and got stuck in. Seeing Franchise Owners, Support Centre Staff and suppliers playing together, laughing and cheering each other on is the moment you realise how close this network really is.

For many of our Franchise Owners, this is the side of Caremark they value most.

Yes, it is a serious business, but it is also a group of people who know how to relax together and look out for one another.
