A very proud night for CaremarkšŸ†

At the Elite Franchise Top 100 Awards 2026, we were named Natalia Shvarts QFP Community Builder of the Year!

We are extremely proud of this win as it recognises our collective achievements in local communities across the UK.

In our 20th year, our commitment to communities came to life through Care for a Wish and 20 Acts of Care initiatives. Across the network, franchise owners and Franchise Support Centre teams gave their time, raised money, supported local causes, and created moments that genuinely mattered for customers and communities.

And those efforts took many forms. Just a few examples from across the year include over £13k raised for charity by our Franchise Support Centre team, over 300kg of essentials donated to families, countless volunteering hours given to causes that matter, and 20 of our wonderful customers granted their wish.

This award belongs to every person in the Caremark family who gives back with heart and takes pride in doing so. Thank you šŸ’™

Caremark has just been awarded 5 Star Franchisee Satisfaction for 2026 in the independent WorkBuzz survey of our franchise owners.

We have also been named the Winner of the Best Franchise Awards 2026 for Continuous Improvement. Our 2026 score is up again on previous years, which tells us our owners feel backed, listened to and supported to grow.

You cannot buy this result. To achieve and keep 5 Star status, franchisors have to meet strict participation criteria and resurvey regularly, so the focus stays on improving, not just celebrating once.
