considering it’s when the earth is still & resting, January was very abundant for me this year so as I take some time to rest, refill & gather up the goodness here’s a peek into some of the highlights that the first month of 2026 brought me…

1. NYD cacao & stroll with my love
2. cacao and card pulling on the balc
3. facetimes from my favourite Cornish fur babies
4. despite the recent rain January did provide some of its famous sunrises & sunsets 🌅
5. birthday pancakes with my love
6. snowy moon days
7. birthday gifts arriving from cherished friends, what did I do to deserve you 🥹
8. a delicious birthday dinner out with my mum & Jake .no_please
9. the most special weekend with the space holder certification women - my tribe is growing 🥹
10. breakfast spread when 10 women live together for a weekend 😍
11. grounding & liberating our energy in the woods with mumma

Living the Wheel is an invitation to return to yourself and remember…

Monthly, season-to-season holding, rooted in the rhythms of the Earth rather than the rushed pace of society 🫶🏼

Each month we gather online in community to land, create space and connect, weaving the wisdom of the moon, the turning of the wheel/seasons, and your own inner cycles through embodied practices, reflection, and shared presence.

It’s not about fixing yourself or becoming more.

It’s about coming home to what your body already knows.

A Journey to Holistic Wellbeing

I have always been interested in the mind and body connection. When I began my Reflexology Diploma I really felt at home and a sense of comfort heading on this path. I learned, even more so, the importance of relxation and taking time for ourselves. It is so vital for everything in life including success, health and happiness. I have always enjoyed helping others and what better way to do it than through a relaxing treatment that will give you so much goodness for your mind, body and soul. I then more recently got my certificate in Neutral Space Relaxation® - space is something we struggle to grasp, we see fire, water, earth and we can feel the air. Space is where they all come from, we can’t hold it but we are instead within it - its a feeling, an energy - and SO important. Both these therapies compliment each other well and I only hope my clients come away feeling as blissful and relaxed from these as I do after giving them. My next step on my holistic journey will be a yoga teacher training, so watch this space!
