I have needed an immunity boost this week...

Inflammation, feverish at times, cold like symptoms all have been the side effects for me taking antibiotics

Yes the antibiotics shifted the infection and did the job.... unfortunately the side effects have left me feeling generally run down

So...
my remedy = Yoga

Structuring Asanas (postures) like or into my Yoga practice at this time have helped me work through the aches and niggles

Flashback 7 years ago when this shot was taken

Between commitments and responsibilities, I would try for time to be spend on my Yoga mat.

Just me, myself and I ..well that was the intent!

Mostly these times would involve my little one wanting to get involved and I would always embrace this

These times turned out to be wonderful playtime together and I loved every minute of it 😍

I understand how tricky it can be for parents and caregivers to get time to themselves...

The evening might be the time of day where dependants are tucked up in bed and adult rest/time for self can commence!!
With this in mind, I launched my 8pm start Wednesday evening Yoga class in
A chance for other and a time that might suit for them to leave their homes and park their responsibilities for a short time and practice Yoga
