⭐️Another beautiful, tasty mess⭐️

Saturday mornings for me are spent baking and delivering Picnic Boxes for my little business and I never have time for breakfast or a cuppa until the afternoon!

This was my afternoon breakfast splurge!
English muffin filled with baked “eggy” tofu, vegan sausage and a big old helping of yolk sauce!

With a cuppa ofc!

🥯Camping Breakfast🥯

The rain stopped long enough to get the tent up.
Kids had about about 30seconds sleep and are powered by excitement and sugar!

A classic tofu scramble breakfast with a slightly terrifying ketchup smile for birthday.

A toasted slice of chewy brown by from and our son kindly added a square of chocolate to his daddy’s plate for a birthday treat! 🥳

Popped into The Vegan Bakery Company this morning to collect some delicious vegan scotch eggs for Boxed deliveries and couldn’t resist popping back out again with a bag of treats for Buddy!

Puptreats these are a hit with this pup! 🐶

When I get a delivery of bagels from Jacob's Bagels for Boxed 𝔹𝕣𝕦𝕟𝕔𝕙 𝔹𝕠𝕩𝕖𝕤 it’d be rude not to try at least 1! 🤣

This morning we have homemade peanut butter 🥜 topping this delicious toasted bagel.
🍏Apple slices, cinnamon & maple syrup 🍁with frozen raspberries on the side

Buddy gets an apple slice and a raspberry- no for him

🥯”Eggy” Bagel🥯

This beautiful mess was a welcome treat this morning.

I had a couple of Jacob's Bagels in the freezer left over from my Brunch Box deliveries for Facebook.com/boxedvegantreats the other week.

These bagels are THE BEST I’VE EVER TASTED! Made by Tino in Sussex - hands down, the best - check them out.

I lightly toasted them and added a thick slice of tofu, fried in black salt, turmeric, nooch, pepper, garlic & onion granules.

Then smothered in yolk sauce using the awesome recipe by Cactus Kitchen Gals - Sophie’s recipe always produces the most delicious yolk sauce that I could just eat with a spoon from the pan! 🤤

This wasn’t easy to eat but OMG I could have eaten 3!!

Yay! I’ve got myself a 5star food hygiene rating for both and

So I can now make snack boxes for my lovely meal plan clients AND my lovely Boxed customers can be assured when you order a Picnic Box it’s being made in the best of conditions and your safety is priority.
