Lavender lodge is a small residential home, caring for people living with a Dementia.

Situated on Mill road, we are very central to lots of amenities, and transport links.

We are looking to welcome a Care & Wellbeing assistant

This role will involve supporting people with daily activities of living, advocating for residents and ensuring that high standards of care are delivered, as well as having fun and bringing joy and laughter to the home!

Full training will be given, an NVQ/QCF 2 or above is desired, but not essential as this will be offered as part of employee development.

Lavender lodge is very proud to have a GOOD CQC rating and we are now striving for OUTSTANDING.

The ideal candidate with have a warm, friendly personality with lots of understanding, patience and empathy and able to supervise a team and support their colleagues

Lavender lodge has an opening for a weekend House keeper to join our team.
We are looking for someone has high cleaning standards and a keen eye for detail.

Although this is not a caring position, the successful person will need to have a caring nature and interact with people within the home.

Experience is not essential, as full training will be given.

This job is subjected to working with cleaning chemicals, DBS and reference checks.

Every saturday & Sunday
4 hours each day
10am-2pm

Lavender Lodge is a residential care home dedicated to supporting people living with a Dementia.

We have a sister home called Camowen, who provide care for people requiring residential support

Both Centrally located in Worthing, close to public transport links both homes are 20 bed and offer residents a friendly, comfortable and safe environment to live and work in for residents and staff alike.

We have an amazing team of long serving staff and are now looking to employ someone who is able to work across both homes and support in staffing.
