Our Story...
The Bristol Cookhouse concept is led by nutritional chef, Sam Waterhouse. After many years spent travelling the world catering for high-profile clients, Sam returned to the UK, gained her MSc. in nutrition and now runs food and cookery workshops in Bristol. She spends the rest of her time keeping fashion and music celebrities on the straight and narrow by filling their kitchens with healthy menus. Take a sneak peek at some of her recipes.
At the Cookhouse everything is made freshly in our kitchen and is the kind of food we like to serve to our friends. It’s healthy stuff; flavoursome foods that taste good and help you face the rest of the day with a little spring in your step.
Our canteen is open for breakfast, lunch, healthy snacks, excellent coffee and exquisite teas.
