LIFE can be full of challenges, how we navigate them is the key. Also we don't always have the answer's to those challenges right now.

Just being present in the moment, finding our way through our everyday life. Sometimes even hour by hour until we GET THROUGH the difficulty. Giving ourself permission to pause and rest.
