I am a qualified Level 3 and Level 4 ITEC diploma sports massage therapist based in the Worthing area. I qualified from the Wilbury School of Massage.
I am offering deep tissue and remedial sports massage for £30 per 45 minutes session. The aim is to ultimately help promote the body’s natural healing process by improving nutrient circulation and drainage. This is achieved through a variety of techniques such as deep tissue massage, myofascial release and METs (muscle energy techniques) to reduce muscle tension and soreness. This is suitable for people who have developed an injury or discomfort from sports, work or general life stresses.
Before the session, you will need to complete an initial health and injury questionnaire. The first session will be one hour in length to include a postural assessment and discuss treatment options.
