We’re looking for a kind, compassionate and reliable Support Worker to join our team at our Supported Living House in Ferring.

This is a role working an average of 19.5 hours per week across set shifts, with a pay rate of £12.25 per hour.

🧡 West Sussex Dementia Network – Steering Group Meeting 🧡

We’re proud to share that the first West Sussex Dementia Network steering group meeting took place at the Sussex County FA Football Ground in Lancing, kindly funded by Worthing Heat Network

A steering group of 14 people came together to continue the work started by Beehive Care at the Dementia Network launch in January.

The group is made up of people with lived experience of dementia, volunteers and professionals — all united by a shared passion to make a positive difference and drive meaningful change

We’re Hiring at Beehive Care

We are currently recruiting for the following roles at Cornwell House Residential Home, Ferring:

Night Care Assistant
• Average 30 hours per week (set nights, 2–3 nights per week)
• Shifts: 7.00pm – 7.00am
• Training provided

Pay Rate:
£13.25 per hour (Monday–Thursday)
£14.31 per hour (Friday–Sunday)

Weekend Cook
• 12 hours per week (Saturday & Sunday)
• Shifts: 8.00am – 2.00pm
• Cooking experience essential

Pay Rate:
£14.00 per hour

Activity Coordinator
• 15 hours per week (Monday–Friday)
• Shifts: 9.30am – 12.30pm
• Activity organisation experience preferred

Pay Rate:
£14.00 per hour

Uniform is supplied for all roles and all positions are subject to DBS checks.
