Why is getting a massage often the last thing clients think to do?! They take painkillers, and try to exercise but never think to massage the bit that hurts!! It’s just madness to me! All massage styles are not equal however. If you’re in pain then you need ensure you find someone qualified to treat a range of soft tissue complaints. Asking for a Jing Therapist (if you’re in the UK) is a great place to start!!

WHAT SHOULD I CHOOSE?!
There are quite a few different things on the menu, and I know sometimes that can feel a little overwhelming. But there are 3 basic things to choose from when you’re considering an appointment with me. Are you in pain? Are you overwhelmed? Are you generally a bit achey all over? Once you’ve made up your mind which is most important for you at this moment in time, the rest is easy! Message me if you need more help deciding!

ANYONE WANT THESE SHELVES..??! I’m planning a minor shuffle of the cabin (to fit in the Christmas tree!), and plan to get a smaller set of shelves, so these are up for grabs. (Not the stuff on them, just the shelves) Will need to be collected and I believe I have the assembly instructions etc if we need to dismantle them! If no interest here I’ll advertise 👍🏻

CANCELLATIONS
‘tis the season! 🦠 Lots of clients cancelling at the moment, and while most have given me plenty of notice, it’s always worth reminding you all of the cancellation policy. It’s industry standard these days, so I hope not a shocker that I have a policy and that I do enforce it.
