Each Friday at 9.30am you will find me here at Palatine Park football club...teaching Yoga.

I am so passionate that everyone should have some yoga in their life. Be it for finding a more flexible body but perhaps it's to teach yourself to sit with discomfort, to quieten an ego that always wants more of you? To slow yourself down mind body and soul. To reconnect to yourself...yoga means Union and it is in the moments on the mat that we reunite with our mind body and soul.

I'll meet you there and walk hand and hand with you through it all

So grateful for an impromptu practice tonight. I cannot remember the last yoga class I participated in and boy did it feel good...not to mention special next to the mother of the mother ship!!! led by the beautiful

I feel totally spoilt but also realised I need to make room for this in my life...the restoration one hour in the pod provided me cannot be told in words...maybe my fave gives it away above...post pod glow
