What a lovely way to spend Christmas Eve - our residents enjoyed a traditional carol service, singing some of our favourite carols by candlelight, followed by mulled wine and mince pies. 🎶🎄🎄

Who doesn’t love being pampered and our residents have especially loved getting their hair done this week in our beautiful salon and having a special manicure ready for the big day on Thursday! 😍🥳🥳

Our staff meetings at Christmas are a time for fun, enjoyment & reflection 🥳

Debbie (our Kitchen Assistant) won employee of the quarter (as voted by other staff) & is fully deserved 👏🏻 We also celebrated our favourite documented Magical Moments of 2025 with prizes for the best 3. We had lots of presents from Secret Santa & the home 🎁

Our residents had such a fabulous time at our Christmas party! There was so much fun and laughter as we enjoyed ‘live’ festive music, a glass of bubbly, some dancing, delicious food and a very special visit from Father Christmas! Merry Christmas everyone! 🥳🤶🎅

We took a trip to the Christmas Tree Festival in Tarring today! We had a mooch around the stalls, won on the tombola & had some delicious mince pies & hot chocolate 😋 On the way home we stopped off along the seafront & saw some Christmas lights. Such a lovely afternoon ❤️🎄

The season of joy was in full flow this afternoon as we enjoyed watching the fabulous Emma and Rares ballroom dance duo. Our residents also loved joining in and showing off their incredible dancing skills to some lovely Christmas music. Wonderful! 🌲💃🕺😀

Wishing our lovely resident Doreen a very happy birthday. She especially enjoyed spending her special day with her daughter , being totally spoilt with lots of gifts, cards, flowers, chocolates and of course a delicious homemade cake! 😃🍰💐🥳🥳

Another busy week at The Shelley - we took a wonderful trip to Devil’s D**e with the most amazing views from the top! We also celebrated our lovely resident Jan’s birthday - she enjoyed a birthday serenade from our staff, flowers and her favourite cake - coffee and walnut! 🥳💐😃

We always love a visit from a four legged friend and today we had a real doggy fest with 3 furry visitors - Freddy, Mabel and Millie! They all enjoyed lots of fuss and cuddles and in return bring so much joy to our residents.🐾🐾😄
