Partner Circuit

1️⃣ Sit-Ups With Ball Pass
Work the abs + coordination as you pass the ball to each other at the top of every rep.

2️⃣ Russian Twists (Together!)
Sync your reps and feel those obliques light up. Twist, pass, repeat!

3️⃣ Plank With Shoulder Tap & Clap
Face each other, tap opposite shoulders, then clap in the centre. Core + stability + fun!

4️⃣ Burpees

From July to November, Alex has made enormous progress—and I honestly couldn’t be more proud of him.

Helping people feel stronger, healthier, and more confident has been my passion from a young age. My fitness journey began at 5 with ballroom dancing, later leading me to qualify as a fitness instructor in Ukraine. I also hold a Music Degree and have a strong interest in psychology, which shapes my supportive and holistic approach.

I’ve been working in the fitness industry since I was 17. After moving to the UK, I’ve become a certified Personal Trainer, Zumba, and Indoor Cycling Instructor, and I’m currently studying Level 4 Nutrition.

My coaching is all about you – your goals, your pace, your progress. Let’s make fitness something you enjoy – and achieve your goals together.

It’s so important to have a training buddy (or a coach!) who pushes you, motivates you, and reminds you what’s possible. 💪 This “walking machine” trains every single day, and after our leg session together, I couldn’t walk properly for a few days! 😅

Of course, training is always about knowing your limits, using the right approach, and keeping safety first. But having someone by your side—whether it’s a friend, training partner, or your PT—makes the journey so much more powerful.

If you’ve got a gym buddy, value them. And if you don’t, you’re always welcome to come chat with me (Maryna) or TJ on the gym floor—we’ll keep you motivated and moving in the right direction. 🙌

💪 Meet my amazing client who started this year at 150kg — and is now down to 137kg! 🙌

In just 3 weeks of training together, he’s already lost another 2kg, dropped several % of body fat, and continues to gain strength, energy, and confidence with every session.

His motivation and determination are next level, and I couldn’t be more proud of his progress. He shows up, puts in the work, and proves that change is possible when you commit to yourself. 🔥
