This little spot on the Adur was full of life.

There was a seagull who had caught itself a big crab, the Heron was hanging around, an Egret and then there was the little flighty Kingfisher. I missed it the first time, they are so small and extremely fast. They dart in and out. So I prayed it would come back long enough to get a shot. I had to wait a while and missed it a couple more times before I just about got this shot from about 30 metres away. Hats off to photographers who sit and wait patiently to capture the Kingfisher. You need to be dressed appropriately and have a big lens!

My Samsung Galaxy did me proud today.

In my experience the story will still play out in the mind and the stress hormone cortisol will be active in your body, yet, it is still possible to ride the wave, to move through it.

If the cortisol levels are very high, get moving. Physical activity will allow for it to disperse. You can still practice the softening and breathing whilst you move.

That might be cleaning, dancing, jumping etc... the most important thing is to send a message to your body and nervous system that you are safe, in this moment.

And remember to allow the mind to reveal an alternative story. One that is kind, compassionate and creates space.

My son had a cold last week, so we worked on his sinus reflex points.

A short time after, as we were rushing out the door, he mentioned his nose was no longer blocked after this quick sinus buster facial reflexology sequence.

We hold so much in our faces and it can manifest in pain and discomfort. So working on specific points can release blockages and create relief.

We started above the eyebrows and then moved to the sides of the nose and finished at the ears. Have a go and see for yourself.

Today marked the end of a 12 week client study for Zone Lift Facials.

The most wholesome time in the Andalucian Mountains with a lovely group of special women all looking to relax and enjoy life whilst looking after our bodies courtesy of .pilates.company who hosted this incredible retreat.

Laughter, tears, lots of talk about wine and other things I won't mention... 😂

A guided hike of the countryside, a meal out in Gaucin , sunset meditation watching the clearest sky with twinkling stars, bats swooping down to drink from the pool as we sat watching this incredible view together under blankets.

Many different Pilates classes to choose from and a Reformer class too.

Morning sunrise Pilates, the Swifts swooping around in front of us.

Amazing vegan food which blew us all away.

Feeling blessed.
