✨Congratulations to Gemma Ball✨
Over the last 12 months, Gem has been working diligently to achieve her dementia lead qualification, while also enhancing the Chipping Surgery profile  standard of patient care.
This achievement represents an important step in supporting patients, their families and carers as well as other professionals, to better understand and manage dementia through a holistic and personalised approach. This support will extend across both community settings and local care homes.
Gem will now continue to develop her expertise by undertaking training qualifications enabling her to educate and support staff working with people living with dementia, ensuring access to appropriate and high-quality education.
