Don't Know What's Wrong?
Sometimes we don’t know what is wrong or why we feel the way we do, we don’t know it’s anxiety, depression or PTSD; we just know our symptoms which can be anything from physical anxiety symptoms of sweating, feeling shaky, shortness of breath, to feeling numb and empty.
You may have negative thoughts going round and round, you may feel super alert and on edge all the time, you may be restless, you may have flashbacks of events, nightmares and relive things that have happened to you or things that you have witnessed.
