As My last post was deleted for community standards or some rubbish!!!

So Let me reintroduce my wonderful friend, nurse prescriber and now fantastic Aesthetics practitioner

I am so happy to welcome to bare faced and am super excited for her!!!

There has been a huge increase in new page likes, follows and new clients the last couple of months

I am Amy, I’m 43 this year, I am the face behind the name, I own and run Bare-Faced aesthetics. I am married to Scott, and have two children, Oliver and Matilda.

My clinic, Bare Faced Aesthetics is based in Cefn mawr.

There is only me there, it’s not pretentious, there is not a massive waiting room, and you are seen on a 1-1 basis.

I understand the dread of a busy salon for some clients, so this is important to me.
It is a clinical environment. With all the safety the tia required for clinical procedures.

You would not go to your friends bedroom to see a nurse or doctor for a procedure, injectables should be the same

I have been a qualified nurse for over 17 years, and have built up a wealth of knowledge in this role, and I have been practicing in aesthetics for the last 7 years.

I have worked in the NHS, in surgery for the majority of my career and high clinical standards, and safety are paramount to my treatments.

I now work as a private nurse alongside my aesthetics clinic

I trained at one of the industries leading cosmetic schools, and learnt from one of best cosmetic doctors.

I have under taken advanced courses in both dermal fillers, and Anti wrinkle treatments, alongside the other treatments I offer.

I am also trained in procedure complications, as your safety is the upmost importance to me. Nobody likes to think about the “what ifs”, but when choosing a clinic to visit, knowing your practitioner is more than just a injector should be important to you.

Being an advanced practitioner allows me the knowledge and skill to be able to assess each client individually, and give a tailored bespoke treatment for them. We don’t all want to look the same. I have had clients say they chose me because I didn’t look over done 😂 That’s exactly the magic I am after 🪄🖤

💉 Why should you choose to get lip augmentation with thin lips? #

1.To Balance Facial Proportions

Thin lips can sometimes make other features (like the nose or chin) look more prominent. Lip filler can create better facial symmetry and balance, especially in side profile.

As many of you are aware Amy is now based at Bare Faced.

When Amy told me she was completing her Aesthetics training I was excited for her, but also excited for my face! 🥰

I will continue to prioritise those of you who have shown me loyalty throughout my journey; and will always have a space for you - but it’s now lovely to be able to recommend someone I trust with my own face to those of you I can not accommodate right now.

Amy is a highly skilled practitioner, and an independent nurse prescriber.

Amy is working independently at Bare Faced, she will run her own clinics, diary and appointments - so all communication will need to go directly to her.

So whilst touching on this I will mention, that People have asked why I have agreed to have someone who carries out the same treatments as me, working from the same premises, and why I have not stated she must be part of Bare Faced.

So thought it was best to address it here.

There is a couple of reason for this:

Firstly, I have said before about the challenges I faced starting out in this industry, so I am a firm advocate for building each other up!

Secondly, what world do we live in where it’s seen acceptable to take a cut of someones success, certainly not mine 😊

Thirdly , I feel competition is only scary if you do not believe in your own brand (that’s not meant disrespectfully to Amy’s amazing talents at all, but in a belief in my own, if clients are going to leave, they will leave. They could go a couple of doors down, what difference does it make being in the same premises) and this way I have someone I trust to recommend to you when I can not accommodate you

And finally, because I adore her 🤣❤️
So please give Amy Cowell Aesthetics a follow and spread the word, and seriously think of choosing her when I am AWOL ❤️
In addition, just to clarify, if you book with me, yes it will always be me you get 🫶🏽

You now have a whole separate diary you can access your treatment will still be administered by a competent independent nurse prescriber, but in a safe place that you are familiar with!

This week we are talking Polynucleotide Eye Treatment

💉 Polynucleotide eye treatment is a regenerative, non-surgical injectable procedure using salmon or trout DNA to rejuvenate the under-eye area. It stimulates collagen, enhances skin elasticity, and treats dark circles, fine lines, and puffiness.

🕑 How long between appointments?
A. Results develop gradually, with improved hydration visible within 1–3 weeks, and smoother skin and fine lines improving over 6–12 weeks. Full collagen stimulation is typically seen around 3 months after your final treatment. A course of 3 sessions is recommended for best results, with maintenance treatments every 6–12 months to keep the under-eye area looking refreshed
